01Can collectors trigger receipts from the field?+
Yes, if the collector app calls POST /v1/messages when a deposit is saved. Use an Idempotency-Key so a weak-network retry does not send two receipts.
02Can each agent or branch have its own wallet?+
Yes. Onboard them as clients; each tops up its own prepaid wallet.
03Are amounts in SMS safe?+
Receipts with amounts are common, but never put PINs or passwords in an SMS other than a one-time code.
