What do I actually pay for?
Billed SMS units after reservation and settlement. Encoding and segments are computed from the body. UCS-2 uses more units.
Is there a published Ghana rate?
Yes. Ghana is GHS 0.04 per billed SMS unit. The bundles above use that rate. A written contract can replace it.
What is the difference between TEST and LIVE?
sms_test_ keys cannot send live traffic. Simulated numbers have known outcomes. LIVE needs an approved sender ID.
Do you sell monthly or yearly subscriptions?
No. Starter is prepaid per unit. Growth and Enterprise are commercial terms, not a fake 20% toggle.
What if the wallet is too low?
Send is rejected with INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE. We do not silently queue unfunded traffic.
Can I get a volume discount?
Only if it is written into a contract. This page does not invent tiers or delivery percentages.
