How it works
Four steps from signup to a delivery report
The same path in the console and the API. Nothing here is live until a sender is approved and the wallet has GHS.
01
Create an account
Register and open your console. You get a prepaid GHS wallet and TEST keys.
02
Request your sender name
Customers see this on the phone. Live send waits until the network approves it.
03
Buy a GHS bundle
Ghana is GHS 0.04 per billed unit. Top up, then compose or call the API.
04
Send and inspect
Accepted is not delivered. Open the message id and read the delivery report.

Everything you need to power your business communication
OTP, bulk, and transactional traffic on one control plane — inspectable from the first send.
High Delivery Rate
Route, reserve, and settle on one path. Delivery is a DLR you can inspect by id.
Global Coverage
Ghana first today. Other countries after they are provisioned on the control plane.
Easy Integration
POST /v1/messages with a Bearer key. Composer and API share the same pipeline.
Real-time Analytics
Accepted, submitted, delivered, failed — open the message and see the state machine.
Who it is for
One console. Three ways in.
A shop, a developer, and an agency all send on the same pipeline. Clients you onboard keep their own wallet.
Shops and apps
OTPs, receipts, and order alerts from your own sender name. Each brand has its own wallet.
Developers
POST /v1/messages with a Bearer key. The console and the API share the same send path.
Agencies
Onboard a client from your console. They get their own login, dashboard, and top-up — you do not fund them.
What you send
OTP, receipts, and campaigns
One pipeline for all three. Ghana first, prepaid GHS. Other countries appear after we provision the route.
OTP
One-time codes on the same inspectable path as everything else. TEST keys never hit a real handset.
Receipts and alerts
Order confirmations and service messages. Encoding and segments are counted before a pesewa moves.
Campaigns
Lists are snapshotted when the campaign starts. Later contact edits do not rewrite messages already in flight.
Powerful features built for developers and businesses.
RESTful API
Bearer keys. Idempotency-Key. The same send path as the console.
Webhooks
Signed t=,v1= callbacks. At-least-once. Dedupe on event id.
Contact Management
Audiences snapshotted at campaign start. Later edits do not rewrite flight.
Message Templates
Encoding and segments computed from the body before a pesewa moves.
Secure & Compliant
RBAC, hashed OTP, keys shown once, and an audited credit ledger.
Pricing
Ghana SMS rate
GHS 0.04per billed unit
Prepaid bundles credit the wallet. Unicode or long messages use more units. A written contract can replace this rate.

Straight answers
Sender IDs, TEST vs LIVE, who pays for a client, and what delivered actually means.
All FAQs →01How do sender IDs work?
The name on the phone is a sender ID you request. Ghana LIVE needs network approval. Only senders you request show in your console. Unapproved LIVE senders are rejected.
02What is the difference between TEST and LIVE?
TEST keys use simulated Ghana numbers so you can prove compose → reserve → inspect. They cannot send to a real handset. LIVE spends wallet balance and needs an approved sender.
03Who pays when I onboard a client?
They do. Each client has their own prepaid wallet and tops up themselves. Creating a service does not move GHS from your balance.
04What does “delivered” mean?
A later delivery report, not HTTP 200. Accepted or submitted means we queued or handed it off. Open the message id for DELIVERED, FAILED, EXPIRED, or REJECTED.
Next
Prove the pipeline before you go live.
Create a TEST key, send to a simulated number, and inspect the same states your LIVE traffic will use.
