01Can we send from our tracking system automatically?+
Yes. Call POST /v1/messages when a status changes. Use an Idempotency-Key so a retry does not text the customer twice.
02Does it reach customers outside Accra?+
Yes. Ghana numbers on MTN, Telecel, and AT use the same route and the same GHS unit, from Tema to Tamale.
03How do we know the customer got the SMS?+
Open the message id or listen for the signed message.delivered webhook. HTTP 200 only means Taysend accepted the send.
