SMS for events & ticketing

SMS for event organisers and ticketing platforms in Ghana

On event day, data is slow and email is buried. Taysend sends ticket codes and gate PINs that work on any phone, and schedule changes to every attendee in one campaign.

FAQ

Straight answers

If something here is product behaviour, it matches the dashboard and the API.

01Can we text 10,000 attendees at once?+

Yes, as one campaign. The list is snapshotted at start, and the wallet reserves units before sending.

02Do ticket codes need a special product?+

No. Send them as transactional SMS, or use the verify endpoints if you want Taysend to generate and check the code.

03What does a 10,000-person reminder cost?+

If it fits one GSM-7 segment, 10,000 billed units at GHS 0.04, so GHS 400. The cost calculator shows the exact units for your text.
